Job Description:
Management role in the development of electro-optic infrared components and systems with responsibilities including the following: * program management to perform current contract according to customer needs; * technical management to oversee design and development efforts of engineering teams; * business development management to assist in new business proposal and capture efforts.

Job Qualifications:
Background requirements are the following: * 6+ years in an engineering role developing electro-optic infrared systems. * 3+ years in an engineering lead or manager role. * Some experience with program management and/or business development. * Some experience with military R&D programs. * BS/MS degree; US Citizenship; Security Clearance (current or expired).
